ARAT operates as an independent non-profit corporation.
Will be lead by a global council governing generational setting objectives assuring the economic and social protection and strength of Americans of African descent and its invited partners.
Americans of African descent membership forming into two bodies domestic (ARAT) & later international (IARAT) forming potentially the largest procuring group on the planet.
